The Lavorel Hotels Group Tackles Gender Inequality in the Workplace

The Gender Equality Index is an official tool that allows companies to measure their level of professional equality between women and men through specific indicators, and to receive a score out of 100 points.
Lavorel Hotels is proud to announce an overall score of 89/100 for the year 2025, reflecting our ongoing commitment to pay and professional equality. We also reaffirm our ambition for 2026 to improve this score.
This index aims to reduce pay and representation gaps between women and men by highlighting areas for improvement within companies.
It is calculated based on five essential criteria:
- Pay gaps between women and men.
- Differences in salary increases.
- Promotion disparities.
- The percentage of female employees receiving a raise after maternity leave.
- Representation of women among the ten highest-paid positions.
Thanks to this tool, Lavorel Hotels continues to promote professional equality and ensure a fair environment for all its employees, in 2025 as well as 2026.
