The Gender Equality Index is an official framework enabling companies to assess their level of professional equality through precise indicators, resulting in an overall score out of 100. As a genuine benchmark for measuring workplace pay equality, it plays a key role in sustainably reducing gaps between women and men.

Our establishment, Le Grand Pavillon Chantilly, is proud to have achieved a score of 94/100 in the 2025 Gender Equality Index.
