The Gender Equality Index is an official framework enabling companies to assess their level of professional equality through precise indicators, resulting in an overall score out of 100. As a genuine benchmark for measuring workplace pay equality, it plays a key role in sustainably reducing gaps between women and men.
Our establishment, Le Grand Pavillon Chantilly, is proud to have achieved a score of 94/100 in the 2025 Gender Equality Index. This improved result reflects our ongoing commitment to tackling professional inequalities. It highlights the concrete actions implemented over several years to foster a fair, inclusive and equitable working environment.
The Index is based on five regulatory criteria:
- Pay gaps between women and men;
- Differences in salary increases;
- Differences in promotions;
- The percentage of female employees receiving a pay rise following maternity leave;
- The representation of women among the ten highest-paid positions.
