The Gender Equality Index is an official framework enabling companies to assess their level of professional equality through specific indicators, resulting in an overall score out of 100. As a recognised benchmark for measuring workplace pay equality, it plays a key role in sustainably reducing gaps between women and men.
Le Palace de Menthon proudly achieved an outstanding score of 100/100 in the 2025 Gender Equality Index. This excellent result highlights the establishment’s long-standing commitment to tackling professional inequalities and reflects the concrete actions implemented over several years to foster a fair and inclusive working environment.
The Index is based on five regulatory criteria: pay gaps between women and men, differences in salary increases, differences in promotions, the percentage of female employees receiving a pay rise upon returning from maternity leave, and the representation of women among the ten highest-paid positions.
Through this 2025 performance, Le Palace de Menthon reaffirms its commitment to actively promoting gender equality within the hospitality sector and to continuing its efforts to advance professional equality in the years ahead.
